This is my second order with Silidog. We purchased a pink heart tag for Rikka, our Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, when she was just a little pup two years ago. In February I realized that the intense Colorado sun had resulted in some fading, so I decided to purchase Rikka a new one to go with the new collar I'd gotten her for her birthday. I also ordered a second tag to have as a back-up on a spare collar. I received the shipping notification within a day of ordering, but over three weeks later the tags had not arrived. I'm certain this was an error/issue with USPS (we have a community lock box and I've often had mail go to neighbors; I once had a package go to a neighbor who was in Europe for a month). Though I didn't think the lack of delivery was due to anything Silidog did, I reached out to let them know the situation. Within 10 mins of sending that email I received an order confirmation letting me know that a new order had been submitted, free of charge. And about 10 mins after that I received a great message from the Silidog team. We received Rikka's pretty new tags yesterday, just a few days after I reached out.
The tags are incredible - Rikka tears around through brush and wrestles hard with her doggo friends, and the Silidog tag withstands it all. And the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. I'm so glad I discovered Silidog!
