I had an incident where the USPS said my tags were delivered yet I had not received them. Upon notifying SiliDog, they immediately made new tags and sent them at no charge. It is rare to find that type of customer service these days. I will highly recommend SiliDog products to anyone needing these type of products. Thank you very much SiliDog. You definately get a 10 our of 10 from me!!!

This is our second dog tag (for a new puppy) and we love it. The update in the connection piece to the dog collar is very nice, and the quality does not seem to have dropped from the one we bought our first dog. Can’t wait to see it last a long time!

We love our new silidog quiet tags! The pugs used to have metal tags and a metal water fountain. When they drank, the clanging sounded like a fire alarm! We had a minor problem with our original order. Silidog customer service corrected it promptly, no fuss. I appreciate that. It's rare. Thank you. I think we'll be enjoying our new tags for years to come and i won't hesitate to by more.

Journey wearing her new heart shaped silidog tag. We love it and that it goes in the dark so we can find her. Also all the metal ones that she has had somehow she has rubbed her name and our phone number off of it every single time so I’m hoping that these last so much longer.

Exactly what I ordered and expected! The only suggestion or request I can give is to provide more color options. I would LOVE a purple for my female pup to match her collar 😍

Cute tags, don't make any noise when my pup runs which I love. Appear durable, not sure about the plastic tag clip, may need to switch that out. Colors are pretty and so far so good.

Both my pups have these tags and I love it! One of my dogs was scared to eat out of his food bowl when his metal tag would hit the bowl. With this tag we don’t have that problem.
