When I ordered some more dog tags for my dogs, I inadvertently only put my dog’s name on one side and left the whole other side of the tag blank. I contacted you guys to see if I could send it back for you to add the number to the back of the tag and you said yes you would take care of it for me and let me know what to do. The next thing I know I have a brand new dog tag in my mailbox completely filled out like it should’ve been the first time. It was totally my mistake and you guys corrected it with no questions asked. Thank you so much. you are all amazing and I am a customer for life. ! These are my favorite dog tags. Lightweight and very easy to clean if they get wet or dirty. These are the only tags I buy now. Highly recommend!
